Reporting Your Numbers

Our numbers are important to our denomination as they help them track trends and keep discipleship on the forefront.  Thanks for your committment to reporting each month.  

Average DC number.  This number includes any time your people meet for more than a 1/2 hour to study the word.  (including Wed. eve services.)

Average Morning Worship.  This number is the average of all your Sunday morning worship services.  We don't count evening services.

Responsibility List.   This number is the number of people on your Sunday school roll.  When someone comes in to visit some Sunday and attends your Sunday school, and they are from your community, they go on your R.L.  Because they become a potential member of your congregation.  They become your responsibility, to call on them and follow up with their family.  What is your discipling potential?  So your R.L. is the number of every name on the roll for your Sunday School.

Mission Region Conventions 

Make plans now to attend your regions convention.  It is going to be a wonderful time of encouragment, fellowship, and equipping.  The dates and places are: 

March 15 West Central Region @ Mandan

April 5 Southwest Region @ Rapid City

April 26 Northwest Region @ Minot

June 7 Northeast Region @ Jamestown

Sept 6 East Central Region @ Ellendale

Sept 20 Southeast Region @ Mitchell.
